FAVOURITE SPACES

So after throwing out a lot of old make up, jewellery and attempting to reorganise – I thought I would share some of these newly discovered spaces! The huge cupcake in the picture above is meant to be a cookie jar and was a birthday gift from a lovely friend (Hi Sally!). It stores lots of jewellery and looks awesome sitting on my shelf.

I recently found the white basket from a browse around the The White Company. Like the Cookie jar, it’s meant for food and sold as a bread basket but I think it’s just as good storing lotions and potions!  Though anything with a dual purpose for food is ALWAYS good with me. Maybe it’s come with age but I love browsing home ware and the White Company, Anthropologie (the W letter is from there!) and Zara Home are some of my faves! FYI – The Owl pot was originally gifted by Not on the Highstreet.

Speaking of Anthropologie – I have another new cup to add to my collection. No, I don’t actually store the cups on my window sill (but hey – they do look cute all together) I love the hand painted detail and I kind of do a little happy dance in my head when I get to use this pretty cup!

Lastly –  I should include a photo of my desk, taken very last minute for this post! I have quite a few old canvases stored away which I’ve never used (I totally should start painting again. The wave in the first picture was something that has survived from A Levels!). I decided to turn the old canvas into a pin board of sorts. There are a whole bunch of things I’d like to pin on there – so I’ll have to Instagram it when it is fuller! Hope everyone has had an awesome weekend. I have had a super fun one hanging out with friends in London, eating and shopping in our favourite places – it was very eventful to say the least and I’ll be sharing why soon!!
