I'm back with a quick post on some bits that I've treated myself to lately. I have a bad habit of popping to Boots or checking out Urban Outfitters quickly on my way home from work and I thought I'd share them!
You really can't beat Barry M for some great colours at super affordable prices and these two are my favourites at the moment. They're both from the Gelly range and the light taupe colour is in 'Almond' and the grey shade is in 'Chai'. They are the loveliest shades and the 'Almond' shade is my favourite at the moment. Great for when you want to wear a pale, neutral shade but don't really want to reach for white nail polish.
I have phases of buying earrings and I guess I am still on one - I bought a few simple rose gold hoops off ASOS today! These Urban Outfitters ones are little silver circle studs and then the second pair are triangles that sit in front of the lobe and then one that hooks on to the back of the stud. They're pretty fun!
Moving on to an online purchase! I've seen Zoeva make up brushes a lot on YouTube and from other bloggers and they're pretty good value, especially compared to alternative high street options. They're all synthetic bristles and great quality. It's actually hard to see the difference between a natural hair brush (like some MAC brushes) and the Zoeva ones - so pretty awesome in my opinion. Particular favourites are the 105 Luxe Highlight brush which is great for precise application of cheek colour. I was curious about the 322 Brow Shader because the brush fibres are shorter than regular brow brushes and now I am never without it when it comes to using my Anastasia brow powder. Zoeva is a German brand and the shipping to the UK was pretty fast, so definitely recommended.
