Winnie cooks

I've been quite spontaneous with my posts this week and it's definitely something that I am hoping to keep up! It's a great excuse to use my camera a little more often but also goes back to how I first started blogging which was far more spontaneous in nature.

Earlier today, I came across this chilli prawn linguine recipe and decided to make it for dinner as chillies, prawns and garlic are some of my favourite things. The best part of the recipe is the lime dressing and instead of drizzling it on salad like it suggests, I stirred it into the pasta and it was delicious! The lime gives the pasta a really moreish tanginess but next time, I definitely need hotter chillies. I let my little sister choose a dessert and she went for good old Ben & Jerrys. Perfect Saturday night in.
