I like Muji a lot. They're pretty well known for their minimalist homeware, stationery and for the foodie that I am, I never ever leave their store in Hong Kong without a quick trip to their snack section. I still wish they sold food over in the UK! I miss their green pea potato snacks and they are something I will be requesting off my dad when he flies back for a short trip next month. Anyway, their stackable acrylic storage boxes are pretty awesome and I bought the large double flip top box and two of the cloth trays and filled it right up!
I love that I can see everything! I'm so used to storing my earrings and things in random bowls around my room so this has made a real difference. I know that Kristabel is pretty keen on the boxes too for make up and I agree, these would be an awesome make up storage solution too.
This has come a little out of the blue but it has absolutely made my day. Without me knowing, I've been added to the list of bloggers for the Company Magazine Blog Awards. I'm not really sure how this happened but I'm in the 'What I wore' and 'Favourite blogger' categories along with lots of other friendly faces.

Oh man this storage is exactly what I need for my jewellery. It's growing out of my draw type storage rapidly. And I can't see what I've got, so I forget about things from time to time.

Ooo I love Muji, Winnie! I'm trying to introduce all my friends in the states (you can order online, but there's just a few stores in the larger cities). We made sure to stop by the one in Paris too. And food? Did you say food?! Those muji snacks sound sooo awesome!

I wish there was a muji here! I think there is one in the trafford centre but that seems so far away haha. I'd love being able to have things still on display but kept away from dust.

I am gonna look for them hehehe...i actually have 2 Muji jewelry box myself in 2 different styles - a big box with a pull out drawer style and another flatter and small one that you just open up the lid on the top, if that makes any sense!!!lol They do fab don't they?! i love how you can see everything in it! They don't have food/snacks in muji in the uk?I never knew that! That should definitely be changed, speak to their management team abt this matter ASAP, lol..and you just gave me an idea! they are indeed good storage for make up as well!!! i am gonna go take a trip down to Muji some time this week after work! Weeeee!!!! so EXCITED!:D

ReplyDeleteI keep forgetting that Muji sell much more than just homeware, goodness I'd kill to visit their snacks section... You have the coolest cutest stud earttings collection I've seen EVER! I think I'd have no use for a jewellery box like that since I have maybe ...one pair of earrings and all my rings around lying around goodness where where... ah fine I'm going to Muji to sort out my life!

ReplyDeleteAhh I love Muji!!! love the fact it's really access over in Tokyo. We can get Muji at our local station :D The food selection is great! I made some gingerbread cookies at xmas from their set!! You are really organized and I love using their stuff too!
