I love colour and red is one that I never used to wear much...until recently. I now own a red jacket, a red blouse and a new red dress. All of which have either made an appearance on here or will do! With Chinese new year beginning in a few days, it's probably fitting to start the new year with a colour that's seen as so traditionally lucky.
Blouse, Bag A Wear, Cardi (Oasis) Jeans (Next) Shoes (Converse)
Sometimes you buy something that you just want to wear all the time. This is one of them, I adore the blouse and I've worn it a multitude of ways since I received it. Tucked into skirts, worn long with leggings, tied up and I'm sure there are many more ways to wear it!
The satchel is lovely, especially the cut out detail that looks a little like broderie anglaise. Unfortunately it tends to sag when you put lots of things inside. Perhaps I need to learn to pack lighter.
Nails (Rimmel- Rose Libertine)
What makes the blouse even luckier is that I received it after A Wear asked me to choose a few things and review their website/order process. I can honestly say that the process was pain free and everything arrived quickly. So a lovely big thank you to A Wear and Lynsey!

your this post is really enjoyable so impressive for all others who view this site so beautiful collection thanks
ReplyDeleteI don't have anything red, except for a dress bought @ Primark two years ago and a thrifted tartan shirt.
ReplyDeleteI usually don't know how to find anything to match them so I don't really wear them; I think red is a quite agressive color. But you've found a way to turn this color into a "cute" thing with your outfit!
This has nothing to do with that but do you plan to celebrate Chinese New Year?
This is "my" year and my parents friends (who own a chinese restaurant here in Paris) invited me to eat with. I can't wait to stuff myself with extra-yummy food! :D
cute outfit!xx

Thanks for your comment on the Paris post! You should definitely go back to Paris! It's incredible and I'm sure that it is even more exciting for you as an Art student! Seeing some of the masterpieces; and reading & understanding the thoughts and emotions going through the artist as the work is created is most wonderful! PS/ I'm still in love with my Uniqlo coat too! Would love to wear it again soon!
