I took these of Hailey just over a month ago, when the snow first left a thin blanket of snow on the ground- before the snow caused all the chaos in the UK. I can't believe Christmas was so long ago now! One great thing about taking photos out in the snow is that photographs turn out lovely and bright and colours seem so much sharper!

More about the scarf, I remember buying an armful of these pashminas when I went to Paris for a university study trip, 3 years ago. Gifts aren't always easy to buy so I'm so pleased that she still uses this scarf!

I have a collection of those scarves too! Not from Paris but from around the Middle East and as gifts from my boyfriends' mum. They are the warmest, nicest things and I'm not surprised your friend still has hers.
