Is it too soon for another ViVi post? Never! It really is the happiest magazine I own and the models are so cute. My favourite is Mitsuki who always has the biggest smile in the magazine! Here are some that I didn't include in the last ViVi post. The first two scans are based on DIY or 'deco' as they are referred to here.
I also realised that I forgot to post July's scans so I might as well put them all together here. The beauty of these magazines is that they never get old.

Wow as always, I have some Jille scans to put up soon but this post makes me want to buy Vivi now! I love how interactive these magazines are and how inspiration is taken from the stylish general public. The tutorials are always so meticulous and I'm sure I can make that natural eye make up look work for me! Thanks for sharing.

ReplyDeleteANYWAY; I was totally using the step by step makeup guide (the one you've scanned!)last week and it was soo easy to follow!

ReplyDeleteI read the post below too and hope you had a great time on your blogger outing! The V&A is amazing - I went a few months ago and got lost in the dreamy world of the fashion + Grace Kelly section, so I haven't even seen most of the other exhibits! tehe.

I need to get me one of these crazy Japanese magazines. They are INSANE! But amazing. It's funny isn't it how the cultures are so different; design-wise I mean. In the west, editorial design is all about clean lines, lots of white space, minimal, refined.... whereas this seems to be, how many fonts, colours and words can we fit on the same page?? Amazing. If only UK design took a leaf out of japan's book (no pun intended) then maybe we'd have some more interesting, groundbreaking mags out. Instead of just Vice 'let's use matt paper and crap photography' Magazine et al.
ReplyDeleteIn reply to your comment on my blog, I'm originally from Bedfordshire so have moved back down there with my parents and commute into London everyday - it's a 2 hour journey each way :( Not fun. Been living back here a year now and I'm almost on the brink of insanity so it's time to go - been commuting for 6 montsh too. Basically I'm in a constant state of tiredness! So I'm moving to East London in September.... so exciting! Can't wait, I'll be able to get up at a reasonable time! And can hang out in Shoreditch and Brick Lane, and actually buy from shops that aren't in Milton Keynes! Ah, the possibilities.
But defo drop me a line if you and any other bloggers are around ye olde London Town, would be amazing! x
Thank you so much for sharing I forgot to buy these and I don't want to download... Hahaha!!!
