I'm already an issue behind with Vivi but here is the August issue of my favourite magazine with Kana Nishino on the cover who is super popular over in Japan right now. I have to admit, some of her songs are really catchy...not that I can sing along to them, but hey!

I know you guys can get hold of these scans really easily over at Vvshu (which takes forever to load but it's pretty immense!) but I'll definitely keep scanning in my favourite pages to share on here. I still love the tactility of the magazines and I love browsing through the stack of Vivi's in my room whenever I'm in need of some fashion inspiration...

ReplyDeleteYour sister has never told you about the Krazyhouse because its really a place to be avoided at all costs! Did you have a good time in Liverpool at her graduation? What do you think of Liverpool One? I used to live in a flat opposite the big stairs up to the Odeon.

L1 is a bit silly because basically they just moved the highstreet into a concrete jungle - don't get me wrong I do quite like it, but half of the charm of the old Liverpool shopping experience was the fact that all the shops were in old buildings and the new centre kind of created a dead end of town. They should have done it similar to Manchester and kept the high street and added an indoor shopping centre for all those rainy days we get up here. Quiggens is fun - that used to be where jigsaw is in L1 and they moved it when they were rennovating. It was really cool when it was in there because there used to be a whole floor of antique shops with lots of suits of armour and opium beds and things!

Magazines like that are often a little too much, but in a way that's what's funny about them ^^ Very cute and pink and bows and stockings and tutus and gum and..yeah you get it haha ;) Really like this post! Have a good weekend, xoxo.
