It feels like I've been on an actual holiday just by taking a few days off uni work. I've spent my last few days catching up on desperate housewives, gossip girl and attempting to finish my latest Murakami book. Here is a bit of a casual outfit for a mostly lazy weekend!

Cardi (Oasis) Dress (River Island) Tights and Lace Leggings (Topshop) Shoes (Converse)
I realise that I wear this dress A LOT on this blog- it's the perfect layering piece and I love that this was found in a sale. Isn't it funny that your most worn pieces are often such bargains?

Ok, so sometimes being a student isn't all that bad. 25% off student voucher for Yo! Sushi? I was totally there. Nom nom.

After reading so many Japanese magazines, it was time to test out some of the half lashes which look really natural. I love them and looking forward to wearing them out!

My friend has been raving about the CSI experience that has taken over the old Borders space in the Bullring (shopping centre). It's an interactive game where you 'become' a CSI agent and get to solve a case with lots of simulated scenarios. I've actually never watched CSI (am I missing out?) but my friends and I are all really excited to give this a go!

My mom made yummy Tapioca and Taro dessert this weekend. Definitely one of my favourites!

Hope everyone has a lovely Sunday, Happy Easter if you celebrate it and for most of you, enjoy all the chocolate!

CSI is definitely one to watch and i actually never realised you could get half eyelashes :)
ReplyDeletei hope they work well for you and happy easter
yum i like those tapioca things :D
ReplyDeleteI love the tapioca dessert... looks yummy!
ReplyDeleteI also have some fave stuff which I got at a bargain. I believe it's not the price of the item that matters but how you styled it.
Happy Easter Winnie! xoxo

ReplyDeleteSuch a cute outfit! I'm always surprised at the pieces that get the most wear - sometimes they really are just sale items/cheap pieces you picked up on a whim!

The CSI thing sounds awesome! I've only seen a couple of episodes, but I LOVE crime-solving things (like Murder She Wrote, Monk, and Bones!)
Enjoy the rest of your holiday! :)
